Meet our Aquatics Director

We’re thrilled to welcome Claudia Kaich as our new Aquatics Director this summer at Camp Kef! Claudia, a certified Water Safety Instructor with over a decade of experience, brings her passion for water safety and swimming education to our community. With a strong background in coaching and mentoring, she is dedicated to inclusive swim instruction tailored to every child’s needs.

Claudia has a degree in education and works in special education. Her experience supporting students with diverse needs has shaped her commitment to inclusive, adaptive swim instruction to make sure that regardless of ability, every student feels safe, supported, and successful in the water.

What does this mean for Camp Kef? Claudia's leadership ensures:

• Consistent supervision at the pool.

• Clear protocols to maintain safety and efficiency.

• A cohesive team of camp and swim staff with consistent training and supervision.

• Continuation of our high-quality Red Cross Learn-to-Swim lessons
