RATES AND FEES (2025)

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

Registration fee ($125 per camper) and weekly deposit ($73 per week per camper) are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable.

All camp payments and fees are due in full by June 23, 2025.

A credit card proccessing fee of 3.2% will be assessed for credit card payments. ECheck (ACH transfers) will not incure this fee.

Prior to May 1, 2025, all payments above the registration fee and deposit are refundable via the original form of payment.

After May 1, 2025, but prior to June 23, 2025, all payments above the registration fee are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

After the camp season starts, June 23, 2025, all payments are non-refundable and cancelled sessions will not receive a refund.

No refunds will be made for absences.
Refer A Friend
When a current camp family refers a new family to Camp Kef who registers for at least four weeks, the current family will receive $300 off their camp tuition as our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about Camp Kef. Plus, the new family will receive a special Camp Kef swag item to welcome them!

How to refer a friend: New families to Camp Kef can simply write the current family's name in the "How Did You Hear About Us?" section when they register. Please also send us an email to let us know about the referral so we can look out for their application and apply the credit.
